Waterfall Yoga Therapy school was created to bring safe and effective yoga therapy practices into your home.

Clients who invest in these courses will learn yoga therapy techniques that will ease pain and encourage mobility in a way that can be practiced in the comfort of your own space, on your own time for one great price.

Sarah's courses are descriptive and unique, easy to use and understand, and broken down in a way with modifications for all bodies. Sarah may not be local to your area, but you'll feel like she is right there in the living room with you, empowering you with what you need to feel good in your body again!

"Everyone from beginners, to those with injuries, to seasoned yogis can be helped by Sarah's ability to provide guided instruction for all levels. With Sarah's help I am now able to tie my own shoes again, drive without having to stop every 15 minutes to stretch out my hip and most importantly for me, come off some of my medications! Her patience, and the detailed, thorough and comprehensive program have been a blessing and a life changer. I would highly recommend Sarah and Waterfall Yoga to anyone out there wondering if yoga is for them."
